Our intensive support services are available to eligible individuals under the Brain Injury (BI) waiver, Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) waiver, Community Alternative Care (CAC) waiver, and Developmental Disabilities (DD) waiver.
Employment Development Services
Per the Minnesota Department of Human Services, employment development services refer to individualized services designed to help a person achieve competitive & integrated employment, become self-employed, or establish a microenterprise business in his/her community. Hence, we help our clients obtain competitive, integrated employment or build a microenterprise business that will help them attain self-sufficiency.
Employment Exploration Services
This service will help individuals strengthen their skills, knowledge, capabilities, and interests, allowing them to make informed decisions about competitive employment. By providing them with learning opportunities, coordinated services & supports plans, work experiences, and individualized educational activities, they can maintain paid employment and live more independently and sufficiently.
Employment Support Services
We provide individualized services and supports that help people maintain paid employment in community businesses/settings. These services shall be provided in integrated community settings and follow the Minnesota Department of Human Services regulations.
Supported Employment Services
We provide this service to help individuals land a career opportunity that matches their knowledge and capabilities and attain success in the chosen path. Activities such as writing resume, soft skill development, preparing for job interviews, and attending job fairs are provided to strengthen their skills.
In-Home Supportive Services
We help individuals with disabilities return and remain home while ensuring the optimization of their health and welfare. Through training and supports that maintain or improve their skills related to ADLs, we can help our clients and their families increase their capabilities to care for and maintain the person in the home.
Supportive Living Services for Adults (SLS)
We offer various services that meet the needs of individuals who want to get their required care while remaining at home. Our services are flexible and cover a wide range of support needs, including money management, hygiene and grooming maintenance, home management, and more!
